KPV12series engine is a new type of engine designed by Shanghai kaixun on the basis of the original 12Vdiesel engine. The fuel system, intake and exhaust pressurization system are all optimized, and the power range covers 510-660kw. High alloy cast iron, integral cylinder cover and AVL tangential cylinder cover reduce the eddy ratio, increase the air intensity of the air intake flow coefficient, increase the air pressure, increase the power and effectively reduce the emission. Double pumps and large flow pumps are used to improve the cooling capacity of diesel engine under high power. External oil cooler is used to improve the cooling and lubricating ability and meet different environmental temperatures. The central exhaust pipe of the supercharger is adopted to optimize the sealing structure, reduce the probability of air leakage and improve the efficiency of the supercharger. Increase crankshaft stroke and increase displacement. High pressure and high power fuel pump is adopted to meet the requirement of higher power. Meanwhile, high strength special coupling is used to make the structure more stable and improve oil supply reliability. |
