Before each shutdown, the load must be cut off gradually and then the output air switch of the generator set must be closed. Finally, slow down the 4stroke turbocharger diesel engine to idle state and run it for about 3-5 minutes before shutting down.
In order to avoid the sun and rain of the false load box, the rain cover is often installed on the box. Therefore, it needs to be treated regularly every year. When the dummy load is working, the temperature inside the box is very high and it needs to be cooled. The box itself is not a closed environment, so the rainwater will cause too much moisture in the box after penetrating into the cooling hole. Long time use will cause the insulation of resistance wire to decline. In addition, regular maintenance of dummy loads is also required. Because in addition to the high temperature generated when the dummy load works, it is also a high-pressure dangerous charged body.
